Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using scribbz.fun ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to participate in any SOL-wagered games on scribbz.fun. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participating in skill-based prize games is lawful in your jurisdiction. Access to the Service does not constitute an offer or solicitation where prohibited by law. Residents of jurisdictions where such activities are restricted are not permitted to participate in wagered games.

2. Skill-Based Game

scribbz.fun is a skill-based drawing and guessing game. Outcomes are determined by player skill — specifically, the accuracy and speed of guessing drawn words relative to other players. scribbz.fun does not operate or intend to operate as a gambling platform. No element of pure chance determines prize outcomes.

3. SOL Wagers and Entry Fees

Players may optionally deposit SOL (Solana's native token) as an entry fee to participate in wagered game rooms. By depositing:

• You acknowledge that deposited SOL is non-refundable once a game has begun.
• You understand that the winning player receives 88% of the total pot. scribbz.fun retains 12% as a platform service fee.
• You accept that on-chain transactions are final and irreversible. scribbz.fun cannot reverse, recover, or reimburse SOL sent to the escrow address.
• You acknowledge that SOL prices are volatile and that the fiat-equivalent value of any winnings may fluctuate.
• Participation in wagered games is entirely voluntary. Free-play (no SOL) is always available.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an advantage in wagered games.
• Collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service or its smart contract interactions.
• Use the Service for any money laundering or illicit financial activity.
• Create multiple accounts or wallets to circumvent bans or restrictions.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of any pending winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Cryptocurrency Risks

Interacting with the Solana blockchain carries inherent risks including but not limited to: transaction failures, network congestion, wallet loss, and regulatory changes. scribbz.fun is not responsible for losses arising from these or any other blockchain-related risks. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and private keys.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on scribbz.fun is the property of its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. scribbz.fun does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, scribbz.fun and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of SOL, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class-action litigation against scribbz.fun.
